You can also hear your balance by calling the customer service number printed on the back of your card, or ask for a balance printout where the card is accepted. ReadyCARD® prepaid cards have no cash or ATM access, so ATM balance inquiries are not available.

Why is my ReadyCARD® being declined?
The most common reasons are an insufficient balance for the purchase amount, a merchant that does not accept prepaid cards, or a transaction type the card does not support (such as cash access). Check your balance first; if the problem continues, contact your issuer using the number on the back of your card.
How do I create or reset my ReadyCARD® PIN?
PIN setup and resets are account-specific and can only be done through your card issuer. Use the customer service number on the back of your card. This site cannot view or change your PIN.
Can I reload funds onto my ReadyCARD®?
That depends on your card program — some ReadyCARD® prepaid cards are reloadable and gift cards generally are not. Your cardholder agreement and the number on the back of your card are the authoritative sources for your card.
Can I use my ReadyCARD® at an ATM or get cash back?
